Quando la struttura della domanda contempla l’uso di un pronome interrogativo e di un preposizione in inglese la domanda inizia con il pronome interrogativo (se non introdotto da domanda indiretta) e termina con la preposizione.
Ecco alcuni esempi:
Who was that book written by?
What are you looking for?
What are you looking at?
Who are you writing to?
Where are you from?
Who does this stuff belong to?
What did you spend all your money on?
What sort of studies are you interested in?
What are you talking about?
What are you so afraid of?
Who are you angy with?
