E’ l’equivalente di “I don’t know”, usato però solo nei contesti famigliari o comunque informali.
Es. where’s the biscuits? Search me. Jenny must’ve eaten ‘em all.
(in inglese standard si direbbe “where are the biscuits? I don’t know. Jenny must have eaten them all”)
